What happens during the pilot?

First month is pilot-tier: full Pro feature access on the workspace, no auto-submitted orders. SLA is best-effort 99.5%, no service credits — this is shipped V1 without GA SLA guarantees yet.

How do I cancel?

Any time via /account: one cancel button, access stays until the end of the paid period. No penalties, no call center.

Is there API access?

Yes — Trading Desk plan and above. Provisioned via /account → API keys, each key is scoped to the tenant with rotation and revoke. Endpoint docs at /developers.

Can I pay from outside Ukraine?

Switch currency to EUR — checkout goes through Paddle (Stripe-compatible). Invoices available after the first payment via /account.

Can I deploy on-prem or in my VPC?

Enterprise plan — yes. Contact: sales@alvo.energy. Current SaaS instance runs on DigitalOcean (fra1) with our compose stack.
