Regulatory status

Alvo is a SaaS decision-support platform for electricity-market analysis. Alvo is NOT:

• a licensed broker or investment firm under the Ukrainian Law on Capital and Organized Commodity Markets;
• a market participant under the Ukrainian Law on the Electricity Market;
• a trading-venue operator — orders to XMtrade/PXS are submitted by the client through their own brokerage relationships;
• a financial advisor — all recommendations are informational and analytical in nature.

The Service is provided as an analytical and decision-support tool. All trading actions and their consequences are the user's sole responsibility (see section 5 of the Terms).

Hosting and data location

Data is processed and stored in European Union (DigitalOcean — Frankfurt (fra1)). The full sub-processor list is in the Data Processing Agreement (/dpa).

Jurisdiction

Governing law: Ukraine. Disputes are heard at Alvo's place of registration (Україна, м. Київ). EU users have access to international arbitration — see section 16 of the Terms.
